Project Management
Krupp Commercial will provide Project Management Services for New construction and Major Rehab projects throughout the Bay Area. Matt Krupp, and his wife Jean Ann, has been managing real estate projects and construction throughout the United States for over 20 Years. Currently, Matt is the Project Manager for the Sportsman’s Warehouse build out in Rohnert Park. This project encompasses a complete retrofit of the exterior of the building, complete demolition of the interior, parking lot expansion, and a new tenant build out, suited for Sportsman’s Warehouse. This project is over 3 million Dollars, and will be complete in March of 2016.
