About Us

Matt Krupp, President of Krupp Commercial Services, has been a broker and leasing professional in commercial real estate in the North Bay Area for over 20 Years. Matt’s broad experience uniquely qualifies him to represent Landlords of premiere retail real estate in exclusive leasing representation, acquisitions and dispositions. Matt delivers proprietary, timely, and executable information to owners looking not only to fill their vacant spaces, but deliver a specific long term strategy for the center moving forward with the strongest, best new retail concepts out in the Northern California Market.


Matt Krupp graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in Business, completing the prestigious real property development program in 1989. Before graduation Matt was working for a prominent real estate developer as a property manager and leasing manager for 26 shopping centers throughout Northern California.


Matt’s experience in complex real estate transactions, expert market knowledge, focus on long term strategy, and communication skills have enabled him to successfully complete hundreds of sale and lease transactions throughout the Bay Area.


Matt lives in Cotati, with his wife and two boys. Matt is extremely active member of the Sonoma County community, and is currently the President of Rohnert Park Cal Ripken baseball league. Cal Ripken baseball serves youths from ages of 4-12, and has over 700 participants, making it one of the largest nonprofit youth organizations in Sonoma County.

Krupp Commercial represents Fulcrum Properties at Washington Square. Washington Square is a Safeway anchored dominant daily needs Shopping Center in Petaluma. Represented Landlord in Safeway relocation, Round Table Pizza, Peet’s Coffee, and AT&T.


Successfully leased 5195 Redwood Drive, Rohnert Park, Ca, in November 2015. Matt represented the Landlord in this 46,000 square foot free standing retail building to Sportsman’s Warehouse. Sportsman’s Warehouse is a specialty retailer focusing on Camping, Hunting, and Fishing Supplies. This is the first Bay Area store for Sportsman’s Warehouse, and was the largest retail lease transaction in Sonoma County in All of 2015.
